Day four: Samantha and Anthony are still missing
Samantha Neil and Anthony Beyleveld are still missing. "Please keep spreading the message. We must not give up on finding them" - friends and family.
MBOMBELA – Ms Samantha Neil and Mr Anthony Beyleveld have been missing for four days. Friends and family have enlisted the help of social media sites in an attempt to spread the message of their disappearance. According to a reliable source, they should be in Durban at the moment and traveled there by train.
Neil and Anthony were reported as missing with the Mbombela SAPS as friends and family grew worried after not seeing them over the weekend. According to a post on the Nelspruit Concerned Citizens group on Facebook, Samatha was last seen on Friday.
Ms Melanie Barnard from Mbombela confirmed that she had seen both Neil and Beyleveld on Tuesday. “It was about 12:00. Neil changed clothes in a red VW, which they absconded before moving from Bester street to Mbombela’s train tracks.” According to Neil’s cousin, Mr Matthew Hope, they were also spotted at Johannesburg’s train station on Tuesday.
“They should be in Durban,” a reliable source confirmed today. He also confirmed that their disappearance is still an ongoing investigation.
Community members are requested to assist the Neil and Beyleveld families in the search by joining the “Help find Samantha Neil” group on Facebook.
