According to her brother, Mr Nico Burger, Viki has not been seen or heard of since last Tuesday.  “My sister was a passanger on a cruise ship that traveled from Durban to Cape Town.  From there, she took a Greyhound bus to Umhlanga.  Viki’s cellphone has been disconnected and she made use of free wifi to contact me on Tuesday afternoon at 13:00.  She spoke to her boyfriend at 18:00.  Nobody’s heard from her since.”

Nico confirmed that Viki was planning to travel to Richards Bay.  Her beige/off-white Mini Cooper with registration number FJN 891 MP has a black roof and has also been reported missing.

Community members and friends are requested to be on the lookout for Viki, who has not been seen for more than a week.

A reliable source has confirmed that a burnt out Mini Cooper was found in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Its ownership has not been confirmed yet. Contrary to what has been speculated on social media platforms, the source confirmed that Viki’s location is still unknown.
