Together we can do more in the fight against crime

TONGA – Last Friday the 54-year-old Mr Doctor Magagula of Mgobodzi was denied bail in the Nkomazi Magistrate’s Court on a charge of dealing in dagga.

Magagula was arrested in the early hours of the very same day, after police had received a tip-off that there was dagga on his premises.

Upon arrival at his home, they found five compressed bags of dagga weighing a total of 72,76 kilograms with an estimated street value of R300 000.

He was denied bail and remanded in police custody until his next court appearance on December 15.
