Long Tom Pass closed due to snow and ice
According to the Lydenburg Fire Department more than 20 vehicles are stuck on Long Tom Pass resulting in road closure.
LYDENBURG – Long Tom Pass has been closed due to severe weather conditions.
According to a message sent from the Lydenburg Fire Department between 20 and 30 vehicles are currently stuck on Long Tom Pass due to slippery road conditions. The department has closed the pass until further notice and will be working to free the vehicles that are currently stuck.
