BURGERSFORT – Tubatse Crossing Regional Shopping Mall was the centre of attention during Heritage Day celebrations. The mall was packed with locals who donned cultural attire. The mall’s marketing team organised a bunch of festivities as part of its celebrations.

Business was booming, as local clothing designers benefited from the event when they displayed their uniquely designed clothes at the mall’s entrances.

Shoppers were thrilled by a fashion show that showcased local designers’ different styles and creativity. Other activities depicted at the mall included indigenous games, a competition among school choirs and performances from local choir groups.

The mall handed over vouchers and cash to the participants. The mall’s management thanked all the participants who ensured that the day was a success, as well as the sponsors.

“We are planning a bigger event in 2017. Shoppers should not hesitate to visit the mall for convenient and efficient shopping,” said the mall’s marketing manager, Ms Caroline Modjadji.
