Once he has sketched his cartoon, he simply takes a photo of it with his tablet, adds a splash of colour if it is required, and sends it to the relevant client via email.
WHITE RIVER – Well-known local cartoonist Jack “Dr Jack” Swanepoel says he wanted to be a veterinarian when he finished school, but after completing his military service, realised “there was no way (he) could sit behind five years of books”.
It was graphic design that took his fancy.
