BE PREPARED: Electricity outage in town

LYDENBURG – Please note that an interruption of electricity supply will take on 16 August 2017. This interruption follows after Eskom will have to execute maintenance on the Lydenburg substation.

Interruptions will take place from 06:00 in the morning until 18:00 at night.

Customers who will be affected include all customers fed by Lydenburg Town, Skhila, the industrial park, Sterkspruit smallholdings, Rooidraai and Mashishing.

The interruption will depend on favourable weather conditions.

Residents should take note that all electrical points and installations should be considered as live during the interruption.
