BURGERSFORT – Even though its wish to oust Jacob Zuma as the president of the country failed on Tuesday evening, the EFF in Sekhukhune declared it was on the right track to rule the country and the Fetakgomo Greater Tubatse Municipality.

Speaking at the motion of no confidence march at Twin City, the party’s secretary in the Sekhukhune region, Kgothatso Mogoane, said they are still on track to get rid of the ANC-led government. “The masses that joined in the protest showed that they are fed up with anything related to the ANC. Even ANC members joined in the protest to have their president removed. ANC members are all the same, corrupt to the core,” she said.

Mogoane said, “Communities have seen how useless the ANC is. Come 2019 we will be ruling the country and FGTM.”

The march was attended by more than 500 people. They first gathered at Twin City, before they headed to the old municipal buildings where they were addressed by the party’s leadership.
