LYDENBURG – Hundreds of protestors rocked up to Thaba Chweu Local Municipality (TCLM) on Thursday.

Residents demanded that the long outstanding forensic audit be released. TCLM has failed to release this report for months.

Protestors tore down the gates of TCLM and demanded that their grievances be heard.
They then proceeded to burn tyres in Voortrekker Street and trashed various other streets in the CBD.
