Last year we awarded 20 children with gifts, this year we would like to equal or up this number to 30. All we ask is an R250.00 donation towards either a girl or boy.
LYDENBURG – Can you imagine your child not opening a Christmas gift on Christmas morning?
This is, unfortunately, the sad truth for several children right on our doorstep. The Steelburger/Lydenburg News begun their Christmas toy project last year where less privileged children were awarded with gifts sponsored by Santa Claus himself.
Last year we awarded 20 children with gifts, this year we would like to equal or up this number to 30. All we ask is an R250.00 donation towards either a girl or boy. Each and every business or individual who chooses to donate towards this cause will be thanked and featured in the newspaper, its Facebook page and website.
