Dangerous Darkies the winners of inaugural Shibishane tourney

"This is not a once-off thing. We will run this tournament annually and will invite more local teams in future. We are doing this to give back to our community and those around us."

Dangerous Darkies were the winners of the inaugural Shibishane Festive Soccer Tournament organised by Greenhouse Liquor at Ga Matodi Village. The tourney saw 16 teams from all corners of Tubatse participating. Nine of the participating teams were from the host village, Ga Motodi, while seven came from the neighboring villages.

Tournament organisers, Gerrie Selepe and Mdeva Sedibe said they witnessed lots of talent during the soccer spectacle.
