The Matumi Valley development will be the first development for Craft Homes in Nelspruit. This new residential development is located in the up-and-coming Valley View precinct, which hosts a variety of amenities such as coffee shops, a pharmacy, gym, a supermarket and more.

There is definitely a demand,” Cabanita says. The first phase of the development is estimated to start in September 2021 and will be ready within in a year.
