Centurion takes SMART to the next level with great success

Scores of eager viewers gathered online on October 20 as access automation company, Centurion Systems, unveiled the latest products in its highly innovative SMART range via a virtual launch the company is calling a resounding success.

Centurion’s biggest launch to date, with five new SMART solutions being introduced, saw viewers watching from home all across South Africa as well as Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe, and take part in the conversation online as they were treated to an exclusive first look of the incredible, futuristic technology available right now.

Staying true to the company’s brand essence of “making lives easier”, the latest additions to the SMART family boast the installer-friendly architecture that was first introduced with the D5 SMART in 2019, and combine an innovative mechanical build for streamlined installation with quick and easy commissioning from an intuitive mobile app, which is available as a free download.

Centurion Nelspruit put their own unique spin on the festivities with a drive-in style experience, giving those in attendance the technology of the future with some old-school nostalgia mixed in.

“We wanted to give the audience a truly cinematic experience, as is befitting such an exciting product range,” said the branch manager, Jacques van der Westhuizen.

According to him, this technology is the vanguard of a revolution in access automation.

“We are pivoting the industry in an exciting new direction, one that prioritises the user experience, because that has always been at the heart of our design philosophy, and with SMART we are taking this to the next level.”

The newly launched products run the gamut of access automation, from domestic and residential to industrial and commercial, all incorporating the company’s pioneering SMART technology.
