Planned two-hour power outage at Delta Substation
The shutdown will be to complete the work left from Sunday’s repairs following the damage caused by the recent storm.
The City of Mbombela notified residents of a planned two-hour shutdown at the Delta Substation so that its technicians could complete the repair work after the storm damage this weekend.
The shutdown will be between 14:00 and 16:00 today.

The City said Sunday’s work was carried forward so that citizens could at least have power overnight.
“The team will endeavour to keep the time to a minimum. Our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
“In case of rainy weather, the shutdown will be rescheduled to another day.”
