Suspect arrested at Crossing Shopping Centre in Mbombela following hijacking chase
During the pursuit of a hijacked vehicle that ended at Crossing Shopping Centre, a Hi-Tech vehicle and its officer were fired upon. The officer escaped unharmed.
In a combined effort by AG Solutions, Bossies Community Justice and Hi-Tech Nelspruit, a man was apprehended at the Crossing Shopping Centre following a hijacking.
A chase involving the above security teams lasted between 15 and 20 minutes and ended at the shopping centre with Callum mac Pherson of Hi-Tech having been fired upon multiple times during the chase.

Mac Pherson escaped unscathed. The armed suspect was arrested on the scene, but his accomplice managed to escape.
