Mbombela’s CANSA Relay rescheduled to June

Eagle's View Play Park will proudly host CANSA warriors and supporters alike during this race.

The CANSA Relay for Life is back on track for the 16th year to celebrate survivors and caregivers, remember those we have lost, and take hands as a community to fight back against cancer.

This event will be hosted on Saturday June 11 at Eagle’s View Play Park with the theme #GetBackOnTheTrack.  Cancer survivors and caregivers will be invited by the CANSA Relay For Life committee to be special guests.

In a statement, the CANSA Relay For Life committee said, “Cancer affects us all and CANSA, in its 90th year of serving communities nationally, has ensured that cancer education, care and support not only continued throughout the Covid-19 period, but enhanced its offerings to ensure accessibility to care and support for more individuals affected by cancer.
