Lowveld fuel protest: The latest info
The road closures are being reopened and blocked off again at a rapid rate.

The roadblocks caused by protesting taxi drivers over the recent fuel price increase are constantly changing as roads are reopened and then blocked again.
Lowveld Security Joint Operation Command (JOC) said the safest course of action is to avoid travel where possible as disruptive actions are predicted to continue throughout the day.
Most of the main roads around Mbombela to other towns are being closed almost as soon as they are opened again.
Lowveld Security JOC has confirmed the following road blocks at the time this article was published:
The Hazyview/Graskop Road, the Hazyview/De Rust Road, Jerusalem, Msholozi, near Kiaat Hospital, the Emoyeni T-junction, Schoemanskloof, Prime Corner near Tiger Wheel & Tyre in Mbombela, the Karino intersection, the Matsulu entrance, Emgwenya (Waterval Boven), the Barberton/Lows Creek Road, Barberton and the N4 at Matsulu, the R40 at the Engen filling station and the R40 at Riverside.
