Individuals and security companies lauded for updates during Lowveld protests

The Lowveld Security JOC has been providing updates on the Lowveld's protest situation from the early hours of July 6. The JOC thanked all involved in this process.

Security companies and individuals have been in the midst of the action and manning control rooms since the start of the Lowveld’s fuel hike protests on July 6.

The spokesperson for the Lowveld Security Joint Operation Command (JOC), Callum mac Pherson, expressed his utmost gratitude from the JOC’s side to everyone who was involved in this initiative. Whether it be by offering up their time, sleep, and sometimes even safety, to keep the residents of Mbombela and surrounds updated on the situation for the last two days.
