Curro Nelspruit hosts a Night at the Movies

The show was well supported and well received as each performance was followed by loud cheers and resounding applause from the audience.

The foundation phase learners of Curro Nelspruit put on a spectacular show for their parents, family and friends in the school’s Sycamore Theatre last week.

The concert, Night at the Movies, was held over two nights, Wednesday and Thursday August 10 and 11, and saw learners from grades one to three perform a variety of dances to popular songs from well-loved children’s films.

Each class dressed in bright and colourful costumes in theme with the films’ music tracks they were dancing to, such as Shrek, Madagascar, Trolls, Cars, The Lego Movie and even Mary Poppins.
