To mark the collaboration and maintain local visibility, the security companies hosted two events in White River: a formal launch at the Premier Hotel – The Winkler on August 27, followed by a community fun day at Hoërskool Rob Ferreira on August 28.

Attendees were treated to live demonstrations by helicopter, K9 and firefighting units.

As of August 1, Fidelity ADT assumed responsibility for the monitoring and armed response services previously managed by Hi-Tech Security across Mbombela, White River, Sabie, Hazyview, KaNyamazane and Matsulu.

The partnership provides clients with access to national resources while retaining established local relationships. Fidelity ADT national executive Frankie dos Reis highlighted the company’s commitment to regional growth.

“We have expanded our footprint strategically into the Lowveld and further towards Limpopo. We are very excited to be here and to announce that we now have upgraded our local control rooms,” Dos Reis said.

“We have purchased a building in White River and plan to go bigger and better. Our objective is to serve the community in full, protect our customer base and work closely with local substructures.”

FADT White River Branch Manager Chantelle du Plessis reassured clients that the transition would not disrupt daily operations.

“The partnership allows us to provide integrated, innovative security solutions without compromising on personalised service,” Du Plessis said.

“Clients will continue dealing with the same management team, security officers and armed response personnel. We remain dedicated to serving our community.”
