Mzansi Ballet's description of the wonderous show is that it is a modern retelling of the classic tale of Cinderella, set to the timeless music of ABBA. It was held at Curro Nelspruit's Sycamore Theatre.

The Lowveld was treated to the magical Mzansi Ballet’s The ABBA Show – A Cinderella Story on Friday evening at Curro’s Sycamore Theatre, delighting and exciting audience members young and old.

With an ample dose of sparkling sequins, bright and colourful costumes, and a fabulously sassy Fairy Godmother, Mzansi Ballet’s spectacularly talented dancers put on a performance to be remembered by Lowvelders for years to come.

An impromptu dance competition was held on stage for various audience members chosen by the Fairy Godmother herself. Curro Nelspruit principal Michael Bownes shows off his moves.

The audience members were encouraged to attend the show in their very best ABBA get-up.
