Market @ Casterbridge boosted by the Panorama Cycling Tour

The Panorama Cycling Tour drew many strollers to the Market @ Casterbridge, as it did not have many people attending this time; however, the stalls were fully booked and had something for everyone's taste.

The very popular Market @ Casterbridge was further boosted by the Panorama Cycling Tour on Sunday August 6.
This monthly Lowveld market has become known for its large selection of authentic home-made products and delectable foods.

The market’s organiser, Peta de Wet, said every year they have one of the quieter markets such as this recent one.
“The Panorama Cycling Tour drew many strollers, as we did not have many people attending. However, as usual, we were fully booked with something for everyone’s taste.

Some businesses understand that in any venture, business is not always the same. We are having another market on September 6 and we are again expecting a large number of people to attend,” she said.

De Wet said the purpose was to promote quality Lowveld products and small businesses by way of markets held on the first Sunday of each month.

Home-made preserves, psychedelic kaftans and other clothing, as well as ethereal dreamcatchers were sold alongside delicious eats and handmade crafts.
