NELSPRUIT – The prestigious annual PMR Africa Awards breakfast was attended by a wide spectrum of leaders in Mpumalanga’s government, business and education sectors.
The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions.
There is also a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction. The awards create a global and unique marketing tool for the company, department or institution being awarded, as well as enhance excellence and set a benchmark in the industry.
Ms Dolly Mbuyane of Nozihle Cleaning Services accepted the Diamond Arrow with her usual humble demeanour and shy smile. To win this award, a company must be ranked first overall and rated as outstanding.
Mbuyane maintained that the passion and dedication she and all her staff have for even the smallest detail, is what has made Nozihle Cleaning Services an exceptional business.
This is in tune with PMR Africa’s wish that the winning companies also utilise the award to thank the personnel and staff for creating both the perception and reality that they are leaders in the industry.
Realty 1 was awarded the Golden Arrow Award and was the highest ranked real-estate agency in the province, confirming its industry position as a property leader, achiever and role model.
The criteria for the award are to be ranked first or second overall and to score an excellent rating. According to Mr Mark Pearce, CEO of Realty 1, it is a victory for his team which goes the extra mile in offering a competent, friendly and satisfying client experience every day.
Pearce also congratulated Aïda, a sister Jigsaw company, which was also awarded top honours.
