R1 million on offer for information

SBV Services is offering a R1 million reward for information leading to the successful arrest and conviction of the perpetrators.

On Tuesday morning a crew of SBV Services protection officers was attacked by an unknown number of armed suspects while travelling in the area north-east of Hazyview.

All four crew members were injured and have been hospitalised. Mr Mark Barrett, managing director of SBV Services commends the team for their bravery in defending the attack and wishes them well. “SBV’s Risk and Compliance Team is working with the authorities to apprehend the perpetrators and will persist with the investigation until they are brought to justice. We have a professional investigations team, a good working relationship with the authorities and the resources to ensure that justice is served. We will not tolerate any criminal activities that compromise the safety of our employees,” he added.
