Motorbiker killed in accident on R40 in White River

The biker was declared dead at the scene by Emer-G-Med paramedics.

A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on the R40 at the Touyz Road intersection in White River on Saturday evening, August 3.

According to Martin Jeffrey of Emer-G-Med, the motorbike T-boned a light delivery vehicle.

“Emer-G-Med received the alert about the accident at 20:46. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the biker’s injuries, he was declared deceased at the scene of the accident,” he said.
