Some find heat in store unbearable

NELSPRUIT – Numerous complaints were received on our Facebook page, saying how unbearably hot Game I’llanga Mall was over the weekend, and as if that were not enough, customers also complained about bad customer service.

The reason for the heat, was that the stores aircon had been defective for more than a week, and customers said they would do their Christmas shopping elsewhere. Some added that they couldn’t complain about the service, because there was none.

By using a thermometer on Sunday, it was proved that it was more than 33°C inside Game, on a day that was less than 25°C outside. Speaking to the manager, Mr Sam Kubheka, the reporter was told that the aircon had been fixed on Monday, and he had made an announcement on the intercom to apologise for the inconvenience.

He added that he would attend to the matter of bad service delivery – but that remains to be seen.
