Do you have what it takes to be Miss Nkomazi?
The search for the next Miss Nkomazi starts this weekend and the organisers hope to empower and inspire even more girls this year.
KAMHLUSHWA – The first of two auditions for Miss Nkomazi will take place in KaMhlushwa on Saturday from 11:00, with the second scheduled for June 17 in Schoemansdal.
All females aged between 16 and 26 are invited to enter the pageant. They can visit the Miss Nkomazi Facebook page to download the entry form or contact Ziyanda on 079-317-7529. The entry fee is R100.
The organisers hope to reach even more participants than last year and to showcase the beauty and talent of Nkomazi’s young women.
Last year’s Miss Nkomazi, engineering student Nokubonga Nkosi, still has a few months left as the local ambassador.

She will join the Miss Nkomazi organisers at a charity event in partnership with Sez Foundation. They will donate sanitary towels to selected schools in the community as part of their outreach initiatives.
This year’s Miss Nkomazi and her princesses stand the chance to win R7 000, R4 00 and R2 000, as well as opportunities to represent their community and gain a lot of experience. The organisers welcome any sponsorships and support from the business community.
