Graskop Gorge impresses at Getaway Show
This year the Graskop Gorge Lift Company was one of the adventures showcased at Kruger Lowveld Tourism's (KLT) stand at the annual Gauteng Getaway Show, South Africa's largest outdoor and travel consumer expo.
It was held from October 4 to 6 at the TicketPro Dome in Johannesburg. KLT invited outdoor activity products from the region to join them on the stand and showcase the amazing adventure activities on offer.
The Graskop Gorge Lift Company, Barberton Adventures and the Long Tom Toboggan attracted much attention from visitors to the show, with many promising to include them in future itineraries.
A sentiment shared by many was that the region is breathtaking and a true gem, but several people expressed frustration at the poor state of the public attractions and also sought some new, exciting activities which would ensure that they stayed in the region a little longer.
