Sifiso S brings his energy to live recording

He decided to bring home his love of gospel music by recording a live CD and DVD.

Sifiso S, the gospel singer popularly known as Mr By Fire By Force, who exudes energy as a performer, is ready to record a live DVD on November 30. He prepared for this by embarking on bookings to perform at church events in and around the province.

It helped him gain more self-confidence. Sifiso S had the opportunity to share the stage with well-known gospel artists, who included Benjamin Dube and the late Sifiso Ncwane.

“I have already won three awards for best gospel song of the year 2015 and 2016 with the song titled ‘By Fire By Force’, which really helped me to be recognised by other gospel artists and gospel music lovers, too,” said Sifiso S.

“I will be performing my previous hit songs from ‘Wahalalela’ and the latest trending song, ‘Jehova ushaya ihlabekisa ngami’, which I have also performed in different countries like Ghana and the Kingdom of eSwatini. There will be performances from other gospel artists, like Minister Lombard Matshingo, Goodman Mgibe, Martin Khoza and Aaron Mkhabela.

“The CD and DVD recording, The Altar of Worship, inspired me, because so many people thought I would not make it in life, but God opened doors for me in front of my enemies. I then told myself that nothing is impossible. I am looking forward to working with more South African artists,” he concluded.
