KNP rejoices after good rainfall

Heavy rains in the Kruger National Park have brought solace to animals dying from the severe drought that plagued the park for the past few months.

According to myweather.com the long range weather outlook for Kruger National Park is as follows: (this includes a 14 day forecast summary)

Taking a look at Kruger National Park over the coming two weeks and the average daytime maximum temperature will be around 33°C, with a high for the two weeks of 39°C expected on the afternoon of Friday 29th.

The mean minimum temperature will be 23°C, dipping to its lowest on the morning of Tuesday 26th at 19°C. The next 14 days will have some days seeing a little precipitation and some days with rain.

The indicators are that Thursday 21st will have the most precipitation with an accumulation of around 9.0mm. On the whole winds are likely to be light.
