Three people killed in car accident near Nelsville
A head-on collision between a minibus taxi and a sedan at 07:00 claimed the lives of three men.
According to Moeti Mmusi, Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison spokesperson, the accident happened on Samora Machel Drive close to Nelsville.
The three that were killed included the driver and a passenger in the minibus, and the driver of the sedan.
They were all declared dead at the scene.
“The cause of the crash remains unclear at this stage and an investigation is underway. No further injuries were recorded,” Mmusi concluded.
