IN PICTURES: Local schools ready for the new way of learning

Skhila Secondary School, Hoërskool Lydenburg and Enthoes Christian School learners and teachers were prepared for a new way of learning.

Grades seven and 12 learners are now back to school. This is after schools have been closed due the Covid-19 coronavirus since March.

For now only some of the classes are allowed to go back. Every school that is opened has to follow safety procedures as stipulated by the government.

Before the schools opened they had to undergo various preparations such as disinfecting the premises, and training and preparing the teachers.

Steelburger/Lydenburg News visited some of the local schools to capture their readiness.
