VIDEO: Messages of appreciation for teachers

As a way to celebrate World Teachers’ Day, learners sent out messages of appreciation to their teachers. These pupils were attending the provincial celebration held at Hoërskool Bergvlam on Monday. The day was celebrated under theme, “Teachers: Leading in Crisis, Reimagining the Future.”

The MEC for education, Bonakele Majuba, is of the view that there is no better time than the present to extend gratitude to teachers. Learners of Lowveld High School, Hoërskool Nelspruit, Hoërskool Bergvlam and from the Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust baked a 20-metre cake to pay homage to teachers.
