Ehlanzeni District’s Department of Education held its ninth annual awards event on Wednesday at Lowveld High School.
Teachers, principals and representatives of various schools attended the occasion. These annual awards are held to encourage learners and schools within the district to work hard.
The categories of the awards include schools with 100 per cent pass rates, schools with the most bachelors, schools with improved performance, the top ten schools, learners’ awards, teachers’ awards, subject advisors’ awards and circuit awards.
