Honorary Rangers procure necessities for Kruger National Park’s Scientific Services

These items will assist the park's Scientific Services facility while it performs its daily tasks.

The SANParks Honorary Rangers – Lowveld Region procured and delivered numerous essential items to the SANParks Scientific Services facility in Skukuza on March 30, in an effort to support it and smoothen its day-to-day operations.

The items included a commercial washing machine, a lawnmower, microwaves, fans and tents.

The chairperson of the Lowveld Region, Pieter de Bruyn, said, “These assets will assist the research team to maintain their accommodation infrastructure, which allows for scientists to conduct vital research at the various scientific services facilities spread out across the Kruger National Park (KNP).
