Man dies from injuries

The incident occurred on Saturday June 26 at 15:00 in the River Valley area, downtown Lydenburg. The alleged attackers took the suspect to Lydenburg Hospital where he passed away.

The station commander, Col Lota Motsileng, asked the community to not take the law into their own hands and to rather phone the police for assistance. A police inquest has been opened. Anyone with information is asked to phone Sgt Senana Maile on 073 415 8441.
