Women stand a chance to win mini-makeover
A competition for Mpumalanga women to win a mini makeover has been launched, and the deadline for entries is Saturday July 31.
The winners will be announced in Steelburger/Lydenburg News on Thursday August 12. With August approaching and South Africa celebrating Women’s Day on
August 9, is the ideal opportunity to celebrate a special person.
It is a social media-driven competition and was the brainchild of motivational speaker and influencer, Heidi Betz.
“Women empowering women is a beautiful thing. A strong woman stands up for herself; a stronger woman stands up for everyone else,” said Betz.

Nominate your friend, mother, grandmother, aunt, best friend, sister or any special woman who inspires you. Visit Betz’s Facebook page, Heidi Betz, and follow the steps. You will be asked to nominate someone who you feel deserves to be spoiled and to give a short, powerful message about why she is deserving of this prize. The nominees must be women between 25 and 55. The two women will be randomly selected from a lucky draw.
The team of sponsors are also strong, beautiful, hardworking, successful, kind and determined women who want to make a difference in others’ lives.
