Security guard fatally shot during robbery at Low’s Creek fuel station
The police in Low's Creek have launched a massive manhunt following a robbery at a fuel station in which a security guard was killed.

The robbery was said to have occurred today around 04:00 in Low’s Creek.
According to the police spokesperson, Col Donald Mdhluli, the suspects got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and other stolen items.
“An unknown number of suspects reportedly stormed into a certain filling station and allegedly detonated some explosives. A security guard was murdered in the process.

“The authorities were notified about the incident, and upon arrival the guard was certified dead. A case of business robbery was opened with an additional charge of murder, hence the manhunt.”
Mdhluli said circumstances surrounding the incident form part of the investigation and no one has been arrested thus far.
