Before joining the organisation, she was a teacher, vice principal and principal. Mama V is described as a real go-getter and an inspiration to school leaders, teachers, learners and colleagues. This can be contributed to her enthusiasm, high standards, fun personality and genuine care and concern for children. Moya said, “I love my work with my whole heart.”
