Computers stolen from Mbombela Public Library

The suspects tied up a security guard and proceeded to rob the library of its computers.

The police are investigating a case of business burglary in connection with an incident that took place in the Mbombela Public Library in Samora Machel Drive on Friday, November 5 at about 21:45.

According to Capt Zandile Gqawa, the spokesperson for the Nelspruit SAPS, it was reported that a group of approximately six suspects attacked the security guard at the library.

“The suspects tied the security guard up with an electric cable in the guardroom. Two suspects remained with him there while the others went into the library and took the computers.”
