“Upon arrival, the police discovered the body already in a decomposed state. Preliminary investigations found the victim’s hands had been tied with a rope behind his back, and he was lying dead on top of a rock.” Mohlala said an inquest has been opened at the Nelspruit Police Station, which would probably become a murder enquiry. The identity of the victim is unknown at this stage.
