Six shot during armed robbery in Rocky Drift

The six injured were rushed to Themba Hospital. No deaths have been reported.

An unknown number of suspects targeted Atlantic Scrap Metals in Rocky Drift in an armed robbery today (September 16), leading to six people sustaining injuries.

According to Emer-G-Med, they sustained minor gunshot wounds and were rushed to Themba Hospital.

According to bystanders, the suspects fled the scene with unknown amount of cash after the shooting.

The owner of Atlantic Scrap Metals, Ross Harris, told Lowvelder that he is still in shock and unable to give comment at the moment.
The police were on the scene.
