Cyclist dies in collision near Coromandel on R36
Adverse weather and travelling conditions could have partly led to the accident.
A cyclist lost his life, and the driver of a motorbike sustained serious injuries on Wednesday September 21. They were apparently in a head-on collision according to an eye witness.
Emergency services performed rescue and extrication services on the scene and transported the motorbike patient to Lydenburg Hospital. The Lydenburg SAPS has not released the name of the deceased as yet.
