Revival centre raises funds for LifeLine Nelspruit

South African author Esmari Glinister was a guest speaker at an event at Die Stoor that helped raise funds for LifeLine Nelspruit.

Oasis Revival Centre hosted an event with South African author Esmari Glinister as its guest speaker, to raise funds for LifeLine Nelspruit on Saturday morning, April 22.

The function was held at Die Stoor, Sterkspruit, and Glinister spoke about her new book, Fearless Freedom, to the women who attended the event. She shared her inspiring story of how she had found a renewed appreciation of God and experienced His grace.

She spoke on several key points in her life, including a horrific accident several years ago that left her then 21-year-old daughter in ICU for 40 days, as well as her late husband Derick’s 18-month battle with aggressive brain cancer, which led to his death in January 2020.

One of the people who helped organise the function, Beulah Swart, said Oasis Revival Centre donated R6 000 to LifeLine Nelspruit, and more funds were raised from the guests.

She said the event was well supported, and she thanked everyone who attended.
