N4 eastbound at Elands Valley is now open
The recovery of two wreckages following an accident between two trucks on the N4 at Elands Valley resulted in closure of the road, however, the scene is now clear and the road has been opened.
The N4 eastbound at Elands Valley has been opened following the removal of wrecks after an accident between two trucks occurred on Tuesday morning, May 16.
The wreckage recovery had closed the eastbound lane of the N4, Elands Valley road between Marlothi Chalets and the Malaga Hotel.

TRAC’s Solange Soares said the accident occurred when a truck drove off the road while attempting to avoid crashing in to another truck that was stationary in the emergency lane.
She said no fatalities were reported.
