WATCH | TRAC N4 staff attacked in Mozambique
Three TRAC N4 staff members in Mozambique were injured in the attack and two others are still missing.
Two vehicles belonging to TRAC N4 have been burnt and some patrol members were injured in Mozambique today, January 29, due to political protests.
However, the TRAC N4 spokesperson, Solange Soares, dismissed the allegations circulating on social media that their building in Mozambique has been burnt down as well.

“Two vehicles parked in the maintenance centre were set alight. A patrol vehicle was also burnt and three of our members were injured when they were attacked by protesters. Two others are still missing. Our staff had to evacuate the building as it was pelted with rocks, but not set alight as it has been circulated on social media. This has nothing to do with us. We are a private company that builds and manages the road, and that makes us an easy target.”
