“Since its inception, the group has steadily grown. he increasing attendance shows just how much Lowvelders love a good pie and great company. It is open to anyone looking for a good time and a hearty meal. Apart from socialising, these get togethers also boost the local economy by supporting neighbourhood restaurants. We are inviting other eateries to reach out if they would like to host us; we are always looking for new local spots to support,” Rix said.
