Judge Takalani Ratshibvumo ordered the interim curators to settle all outstanding claims, including maintenance and tuition fees.
The applicants approached the court seeking enforcement of a previous High Court directive issued on February 3, which outlined the administrative responsibilities of the curators in managing Mabuza’s estate.
The application sought to ensure that the beneficiaries receive the financial support due to them, particularly funds required for Tamara’s education and maintenance.

The court papers cite 13 respondents, including the Master of the High Court, Standard Bank and court-appointed estate curators Jennifer Faber and Paul Roos, alongside co-respondent Marthinus Jacobus Dewald Breytenbach.
Faber and Roos were appointed as curators under letters of curatorship issued on February 3.
Eight family members and beneficiaries are also named as respondents in the proceedings. They include Nonhlanhla Patience Mnisi, Mxolisi David Junior Mabuza, Lindeni Innocentia Mabuza, Mandisa Vanessa Mabuza, Nkosinathi Mabuza, Angela Mabuza, Fezile Mabuza and a minor child.
The ruling concerns the release of funds for outstanding beneficiary claims and the implementation of the court’s earlier directive on the administration of the estate.
