• The Casterbridge Market is open every first Sunday of the month from 09:00 to 13:00 at Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre. This pet-friendly market offers a variety of food, vintage items and arts and crafts.
• The Creative Hub market has moved to Oewersig Community Hall and now takes place on the last Sunday of every month. The market is open from 09:00 to 13:00, and everyone is welcome.
• The Sunday Market @ Sonpark is a vibrant community market in Mbombela featuring local artisans, delicious food, live music, and family fun. The market takes place every second Sunday of the month at Sonpark Centre from 10:00 to 14:00.
• October 17: Get ready to step back in time at the Kaapsehoop Classic Car Festival at Bohemian Groove. Complete with a beer garden, flea market and food stalls, this event is not one to miss. • October 15: Woza Mbombela! Penryn South Africa and Menzi Mkhwane Creations invite the Lowveld to attend the live production of the iconic South African play, Woza Albert! in the Penryn Chapel. The shows starts at 18:30. Tickets are R10 per person and can be purchased from Penryn reception. Note that the production has an age restriction of PG14.
