Mbombela United FC appeal for more support
With the Vodacom League new season approaching, one of this stream's participants, Mbombela United FC, are appealing for support during their campaign.

Popularly known as Tingwenyama, United began their campaign this
October and are certainly aiming to finish in top to proceed to the national play-offs.
Speaking to the team’s boss, S’khumbuzo Matsebula, he, just like the new coach, Alex Zondi said that their main aim was to compete in the National First Division League next season, which is the country’s second
highest league after the Premier Soccer League and they were going to need their supporters to rally behind them.
“You should know that there is no team without the people on the ground and its supporters. It is because of this fact that we know how important it is.
We are appealing to our supporters and local people to rally behind the team, the coach, players and management as we resume the season.
We have acquired the services of new and young players, who aim to make it big here,” said Matsebula.
“I need to assure our supporters that the team didn’t play badly during the play-offs but our structures were not in place and not properly suited to compete at that level.
We are happy that we participated there and we have learned a great deal.
The fact that we now have an experienced coach, will take the team where
they want to go,” said Matsebula.
He said the entire management believed they now had the right structure to reach the next level.
“We are now a step closer, even before we could start with our campaign, because we are well prepared and the experience we gained will boost the team’s confidence, since they will play against teams that have never been exposed to that level of football,” he concluded.
